Metso Causticizing Analyzer (Metso Alkali)
automatic titrator applied in kraft cooking and control of cauticizing, the Metso AT offers unrivalled reliability. As option, a second equivalence point can also be analyzed to determine the Free SO
2% and the difference between these two values, the Combined SO
2.
Field proven and flexible
The Metso AT sampling system consists of up to eight automatic samplers and separate sample conditioning unit. For samples containing chips and pins, a special screen sampler is available. The entire system is self-cleaning with each sample line being flushed clean after sampling to prevent plugging. The sampling sequence is freely programmable using binary inputs or MODBUS communication. This allows monitoring of any desired process sample on command. The system can also analyze samples taken manually.
