Trellex loading stations

The loading point is one of the most critical points on the conveyor where many types of problems can occur. Some criteria must be fulfilled if spillage is to be eliminated. The belt and the material feed must be centred.

A wear liner should be used to deflect the material away from the seal. The belt edge should be supported to eliminate sagging of the belt and the sealing system should be easy to adjust.
