The WinRoll multistation belt relieving winder features the absolute best roll build-up, as well as the highest capacity and automation level available for all roll sizes – from mini up to 1.8 m in diameter. Its matchless winding performance contributes to excellent roll runnability in printing presses.

With its large winding capacity, WinRoll is in a class of its own among other winders on the market. High winder throughput is further enhanced by extremely short sequence times both in set change and parent roll change.

Thanks to many automated operations, the winder performs automatically as long as there are new parent reels available at the storage rails. Integrated automatic features, in turn, improve winder efficiency and reduce the need for operator input.
