Metso targets to have a strong balance sheet with solid liquidity. One of our financial targets is maintaining our investment grade credit rating. The debt portfolio consists of bonds, bank borrowing and commercial papers. The aim is to have a well distributed debt maturity profile.

Sustainability KPis in financing agreements

Embedding sustainability across all areas of our business including our commercial and financing arrangements, is central to our strategy. Linking our sustainability performance with the terms of financing for the Group is, therefore, an important element of our strategy. Below are listed the KPIs and annual performance for the sustainability-linked financing agreements.
