Outotec appoints Mikko Puolakka CFO and Member of the Executive Board

Outotec has appointed Mr. Mikko Puolakka, M.Sc. (Econ.), Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board as of December 1, 2010. Mikko Puolakka, 41, has been Chief Financial Officer of Elcoteq SE since 2007 based in Zug, Switzerland. He has earlier held several financial management positions in Elcoteq Europe and in the Huhtamaki Group.
