Outotec proudly presents the Virtual Experience Training for flotation processes.

Outotec's Virtual Experience Training provides customers with a fast and effective way to train their personnel already before the production start-up phase or later according to individual customer needs. Virtual Experience Training provides hands-on experience with operations by utilizing an advanced training simulator developed by Outotec. The training consist of basic and advanced modules:   

Basic training module

• the theory of minerals processing
• simulator exercises focusing on the basic operations of the equipment and process circuit
• troubleshooting scenarios

Advanced training module

• targeted at optimizing the process circuit
• additional intelligence tools
• cost and revenue structure of the process circuit
• maximizing recovery and maximizing profit in changing conditions
