Changes to Outotec Executive Board

Outotec's Board of Directors has decided on the following changes to Outotec Executive Board effective on October 1, 2011:

Mr. Robin Lindahl (M.Sc. Econ.), 46, has been appointed Executive Vice President - Market Operations and member of the Executive Board. He will succeed in the position and as a member of the Executive Board Mr. Martti Haario, who assumes the position of Senior Vice President, Americas Market Region. Robin Lindahl transfers to Outotec from Nokia Corporation where he last was responsible for Sales and Marketing to Network Operators globally.

In addition, Mr. Kari Knuutila (Dr. Tech.), 52, currently Chief Technology Officer of Outotec, has been appointed member of the Executive Board.
