Metso’s Annual report for 2024 has been published

Metso has today, on March 26, 2025, published its Annual report for 2024. The report consists of four sections: Business overview, Financial review, Corporate governance statement and Remuneration report.
The Business overview comprises Metso in brief and strategy. The Financial review consists of the Board of Directors' report including externally assured sustainability statement, financial statements, Auditor’s report, assurance reports and investor information. The Board of directors’ report and financial statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML document. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements and notes have been labelled with iXBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Metso’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Corporate governance statement includes Corporate Governance, Internal Control and Risk Management systems, and the Remuneration report consists of remuneration of the Board of Directors and the CEO.
