Edwin has 22 years of experience in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering. His career at Metso started in 2015 as a Reliability Engineering Manager working for Life Cycle Services contracts in Professional services, improving, and optimizing the contracts performance globally. Edwin has also combined his experience with statistical data analysis. He specializes in Time & Motion studies (SMED Analysis) and shutdown optimization for Mill Reline as well as gyratory crushers concaves and mantle changeouts.

Peter Gillies

Peter Gillies is Metso Outotec’s Director for Maintenance, Reliability and Planning based in Newcastle, Australia. Peter has 20+ years experience across sales, manufacturing, project delivery and services. During this time Peter has been responsible for delivering, operating and maintaining plants where maintenance, reliability and planning were key elements to ensure production and plant availability were achieved. Peter is an innovative thinker who is focused on understanding our customers needs to find collaborative solutions.
