Rashmi Kasat

VP, Head of Digital Technologies

Rashmi leads Digital Technologies for Metso Outotec’s Minerals business area. She has a long background leading IT and Digital transformations particularly in B2B Industrial companies. She’s responsible for our Intelligent Equipment strategy and business.

Tuomas Martinkallio

Tuomas Martinkallio is Metso Outotec’s Vice President, Digital Services for the Services and Consumables business areas. Based in Helsinki, Finland, Tuomas is responsible for supporting and defining Metso Outotec’s digital vision and ensuring that the company’s Businesses have a clear digital development roadmap and priorities to drive business value. He is also active in the development, commercialization and launching of various digital offerings in collaboration with other key stakeholders. Tuomas’ specialty is working together with business management in ensuring digitalization development and identifying opportunities for data driven services.

Veli-Matti Järvinen

Veli-Matti Järvinen is the Vice President of the Automation product group at Metso Outotec. Before joining Metso Outotec's legacy company Outotec in 2019, he worked at Schneider in the mining industry segment. He has a long history with automation and digitalization solutions, and holds a Master of Science in Automation and IT networks. In his free time, Veli-Matti is a passionate sailor and the skipper of S&S Swan 40.

Christian Binder

Christian is digital leader with a strong innovation and simulation background. He has been developing and commercializing digital products for metal refining processes. He creates positive change through automation and process control solutions, training simulators and digital twins for an improved customer operation. In his current role, Christian is responsible for digital solutions in hydrometallurgical processes.
