Agnes joined Outotec in 2009 as a product engineering Energy after several years spent as research associate in fuel technology at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Since then, she has worked in different roles in sales, process engineering and product management with a strong focus on fluidized bed technologies for combustion, gasification and pyrometallurgy. Currently Agnes is responsible for sales and new business development for light metals and fluidized bed technologies. Agnes holds a diploma in process engineering from Technical University Berlin, Germany, and a master’s degree in Science & Executive Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France.
Product Manager Light Metals
Theodor Beisheim graduated 2010 with a diploma in engineering from Technical University in Munich, Germany. In 2016, he received a PhD in process engineering from University of Stuttgart in Germany. Starting as a research scientist in academia and continuing as a process engineer at Metso Outotec, he has gained more than 10 years of experience in designing fluid bed processes throughout a variety of fields incl. solid fuel combustion, CO2-capture, pyrometallurgy and calcination.
Today, he is working as a product manager within the product group Light Metals, responsible for Metso Outotec’s CFB calcination technology.
