High screening efficiency
The circular motion characteristics of the Ripl-Flo/V100 mechanisms make the CSH screens well suited for high efficiency, large capacity sizing applications. With consistent performance in high tonnage operations such as mining and large-scale aggregate production, the CSH Series incline screens deliver precise products while being built to last like no other.
Adjustable settings to optimize efficiency.
Durable screen design
The Ripl-Flo/V100 mechanism consists of two oversized bearings, an eccentric shaft that delivers large strokes while the oil bath keeps the bearings lubricated for cooler running, less maintenance, and a longer wear life. Depending on the weight, the screens could be equipped with a single or a double mechanism. The side plates are reinforced with vertical and horizontal stiffeners for added strength.
CSH Series screens can be configured with 2, 3, or even 4 decks, depending on the model size, thereby reducing the need for additional screens within the plant. All models are manufactured with a heavy-duty cross member that helps to provide a sturdy, long-lasting screening solution for a variety of needs.
Reduced downtime and lower operating costs
With the ability to offer a wide range of screening media and wear linings, operating costs can be reduced. Regardless of application, CSH Series screens can be equipped with hooked wire cloth or synthetic media. Trellex® PS modular screening media is built using the latest Metso innovations in synthetic media development and keeps your screen running longer between required maintenance intervals.
