EF Series™ screens

Metso EF Series™ screens need fewer parts to perform, increasing reliability and reducing the need for maintenance. Self-synchronized elliptical motion is achieved without gears and timing belts.

High-capacity design

Achieve high-capacity operation thanks to the combination of the banana shape design the varied stroke angle that dislodges any material from the media apertures.

Reliable design

The screen design makes maintenance easier and safer, as it has few parts and a comfortable amount of space between the decks. In addition, the Trellex® PS screening media with the Hammerless attachment system can be used to further improve safety.

The EF screens are equipped with two counter-rotating circular motion mechanisms of different sizes. The optional electronic synchronization allows for stroke angle adjustment to optimize processing.

Efficient even with difficult to screen sticky ores
Metso EF Series™ banana screens use an elliptical motion with varying high to medium G acceleration to eliminate blinding and plugging for ores that are difficult to screen.

Optimize screen production and efficiency while in motion with an optional electronic synchronization device that allows you to adjust both stroke angle and speed while running.
