Lokotrack® LT200HPS™ mobile cone crusher is designed especially for secondary and tertiary crushing. It is equipped with return conveyor and either single or double-deck screen. Lokotrack® LT200HPS™ is ideal for producing aggregates for railway ballast, asphalt, and concrete fraction production.

Lokotrack® LT200HPS™ mobile cone crusher is a unit for secondary and tertiary crushing in multi-stage crushing and screening process. It features both efficient cone crusher and either single or double-deck screen on the same track-mounted chassis.
Lokotrack® LT200HPS™ is for applications where high throughput, consistent end product, screening, and compact transport dimensions are important requirements. The unit is ideal for producing aggregates for road construction, railway ballast as well as asphalt and concrete fraction production.
Efficient crushing and screening
Lokotrack® LT200HPS™ features an efficient and versatile Nordberg® HP200™ cone crushing unit providing high productivity, optimized performance and superior end-product quality. The HP200™ belongs to Nordberg® HP series™ cone crusher product family which are popular all over the world.
The mobile cone crusher is also equipped with a hydraulic drive, either single or double-deck detachable screens and return conveyor which guides screened oversized rocks back to the cone crusher.
Optimum crushing results
The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control.
