Lokotrack® LT300GP™ mobile cone crusher

Lokotrack® LT300GP™ mobile cone crusher is a flexible crushing machine for demanding applications. It can be operated either as a secondary or tertiary crushing plant. The integrated screen module option offers the possibility of producing calibrated end products. Lokotrack® LT300GP™ is mounted on tracks, so it can be easily moved inside a quarry and transported between sites on a low bed truck.

High capacity crushing

Lokotrack® LT300GP™ mobile crusher features and efficient and robust GP330™ cone crushing unit with a variety of cavities providing high capacity, top-end product quality and low wear part costs in all applications. The crusher is suitable for crushing e.g. materials such as river gravel, hard and soft rock, and pre-crushed rock. The optimized power transmission system makes Lokotrack® LT300GP™ extremely cost efficient.

Optimum crushing results 

The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control.

Flexible with options for different applications

Lokotrack® LT300GP™ mobile cone crusher can be optimized for different needs and applications with a variety of optional feeding and screening equipment. The optional integrated screen module offers the possibility of producing calibrated end products. Lokotrack® LT300GP™ can be used as part of a multistage plant with different mobile screens.
