Lokotrack® LT330D™ mobile cone crusher

Lokotrack® LT330D™ mobile cone crusher is an electric-driven mobile crushing and screening plant that combines a cone crusher and a screen on the same chassis. It is typically used as a secondary or tertiary crushing plant in a multistage crushing process to produce up to three calibrated end products.

In an ideal situation, the e-Power Lokotrack® LT330D™ mobile crusher is combined with Lokotrack® LT120E™ mobile jaw crusher for an optimum crushing process. Efficient crushing for demanding applications

Lokotrack® LT330D™ is equipped with the versatile and reliable Nordberg® GP330™ cone crushing unit, which is suitable for even the most difficult aggregates production. To achieve maximum performance in all applications, the crusher offers a wide selection of strokes with a large setting range. A deliberately designed 2,000 mm (6’ 7”) wide dual-slope screen with 3 decks and patented centrifugal conveyor provides excellent total throughput in a compact package.

Hybrid mobile crusher

During operation, Lokotrack® LT330D™ is fully electrically driven. To achieve the most economical operation, an external power source can be used. In locations where this is impossible, an integrated CAT® diesel engine and 520 kVA generator power package ensure efficient operation.

Optimum crushing results 

The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control.

Lokotrack® LT330D™ is transportable and quick to set-up 

The patented centrifugal conveyor keeps the transportation dimensions of Lokotrack® LT330D™ moderate. It is easy to transport between sites on a low bed truck, enabling efficient contact crushing. After arrival on site, Lokotrack® LT330D™ is quickly set up and ready for action thanks to its hydraulic cylinders for screen and conveyors.
