Efficient primary crushing with NW150™

The NW Series™ NW150™ portable jaw crusher is an electrically powered crushing unit for primary crushing. It has the biggest capacity of the NW Series portable jaw crushers. NW150™ is ideal for operations that require high capacity primary crushing for aggregate production, recycling, or mining.

Efficient primary crushing for different applications

NW150™ features a Nordberg® C150™ jaw crusher with 200 kW (300 hp) crushing power. Belonging to the Nordberg® C Series™ jaw crusher product family, it is suitable for even the toughest of feed materials, including granite and basalt.

The unit is equipped with a vibrating grizzly feeder which maximizes overall production through the efficient removal of fines from the feed material. The feeder can be easily loaded using a wheel loader, excavator, or dump truck.

Safe and easy to operate and maintain

This portable jaw crusher plant is safe and easy to operate and maintain. The flywheel composite covers with their spacious and high accessibility service platforms make the daily operation and maintenance of the NW150™ safe, easy and quick.
