Nordberg® C130™ jaw crusher is commonly used as a primary crusher, preparing material feed for the secondary crusher. However, even though it is traditionally seen at the first stage of the crushing process, this crusher also performs well in other roles, depending on the processed material and application.
Nordberg® C130™ jaw crusher is the latest addition to the successful Nordberg® C Series jaw crushers range. The small nip angle and excellent kinematics ensure aggressive crushing along the whole length of the crushing cavity. Deeper 1 000 mm (39”) feed opening, in turn, can handle coarser feed material and reduces the need for blasting and hammering. This jaw crusher also has an easy stroke adjustment, which makes it a versatile all-round jaw crusher suitable for different needs.
Safety and reliability have been the main design principles of Nordberg® C130™ jaw crusher. The non-welded frame construction ensures excellent fatigue strength and extended crusher lifetime. The composite guards are lighter and durable making them faster and easier to handle. Special lifting tools, on the other hand, limit the number of service points which is why this crusher is simpler and safer for personnel.
Nordberg® C130™ jaw crusher is easily installed in surface, underground or mobile applications. The pin and bolted structure enables that the jaw crusher can be swiftly disassembled and transported cost-effectively also to the deepest mines.
