NW300HPS portable cone crusher is a wheel-mounted cone crushing plant used in NW Rapid crushing stations in the secondary or tertiary crushing station. Due to its compact size and wheel-mounted platform, the crusher can be re-located within the site, also known as pit portable, and transported easily from site to site by road.
Innovations such as optional hydraulically adjustable support legs, screen lifting and onboard screen fines conveyor makes installation quick and easy.
It can also be transported easily in a shipping container overseas before assembly.
This portable cone crusher has a four-deck dual-slope screen on the same chassis, providing high capacity for various applications in aggregates production.
Reliable and efficient crushing and screening
NW300HPS is built around the powerful Nordberg® HP300™ cone crushing unit with a 220 kW (300 hp) crushing power and capacity up to 350 tph. It has a large 12 m2 (14,4 yd2) four-deck inclined screen on the same chassis.
The material can be fed by separate conveyor belts from the primary crusher or through a separate feed hopper either to the crusher or screen. In a multistage crushing process, NW300HPS™ crusher, combined with another cone crusher and a primary jaw crusher, can produce up to seven calibrated end products.
Quick to set up with pre-designed crushing stations
NW Rapid solutions include ready-made plant layouts, flow sheets and pre-designed crushing stations for the entire crushing and screening plant. Primary, secondary and tertiary crushing stations include not only a portable crusher or screen, but also the needed feeders, surge bins and conveyors to connect all the equipment as an entire crushing and screening plant.
Sustainable crushing with electric operations
NW Rapid machines are all electric. This makes the operation more sustainable, especially when using renewable energy source. Electrically operated units are easy to maintain, and their operational costs are significantly lower than diesel-driven machines. In addition, when grid is not available, servicing a single large diesel generator on the site is less demanding than service multiple diesel engines in each unit.
Crusher process control
Metso IC™ crusher process control is a standard feature for portable crushers. It automates, monitors, controls and optimizes the crushing process.
NW300HPS also has a Remote User Interface (RUI), which ensures more efficient and safer use of the plant. The system can be centrally controlled from a distance, leading to safer and easier operation of the machine.
The remote system also allows for adjusting the process without stopping it, further improving productivity and reducing downtime through preventive maintenance. The end product quality will also be more consistent due to an automatically controlled process.
IC process control and RUI are included with NW Rapid plants with no extra license costs.
Optional features
This cone crusher can be equipped with optional hydraulically adjusted support legs and screen lifting, enabling quick dismantling, packing and setup of the unit within 24 hours.
